We’ve launched a new sister label called BDR Dancefloorr, which will focus on commercial releases of dancefloor-friendly tunes. Our studio is almost back up and running now so new tunes and podcasts should resume shortly. In the meantime, we’ve been adding data about ourselves and the various Broken Drum Records artists to a new wiki-style database/music encyclopaedia called SoundUnwound which is connected with Amazon and Imdb. We’ve just had a harddrive failure in the Broken Drum Records studio and have probably lost the master mixes to two new tunes which were going to be on the next release from Secret Archives of the Vatican. Fortunately, the multitrack recordings are safe, so if the mixes aren’t recoverable, we can re-mix them. In the meantime, here are mp3s of the two tunes.
